Kanheri Caves, Sanjay Gandhi National Park

if you are hungry and want to eat something, have it from the shop just after buying the tickets and entering in. You won't find anything ahead. so carry some food with you.

You would find a lot of caves (more than 100) and sculpture around. Dont forget to take a camera with you.

Surrounding View of the Jungle inside Sanjay Gandhi National Park

Its all climbing. A kind of medium difficulty Trekking.

During Rainy season, you can find waterfall and water rushing from below this bridge.
Do not swim in the water as there are all rocks below.

Thats Me. :)

My Friend Dinesh always tries to explore new places with me.
He is a good photographer and sometimes enjoys to be photographed.

Me with my friend Dinesh (above).

Taking a personal vehicle would help as you do not have to wait and watch the time for the public buses.

  2. Outstandig place for tourists....Group of rock-cut monuments... Kanheri Caves are signs of Buddhist influence on art and culture in India. Kanheri comes from the Sanskrit word Krishnagiri meaning black mountain.
